This service is for a residential move, not construction cleanup. Oven and refrigerator interiors are optional add-ons. If belongings remain, the calculator includes a 15% adjustment.

How is move-in cleaning priced?
Move-in and move-out use the same pricing structure in the calculator. The estimate depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, half baths, selected extras, and whether belongings remain.
Can I add appliance interiors?
Yes. Inside-oven cleaning is $65 and inside-refrigerator cleaning is $60. Add either option when building your estimate.
